How did you do that super smooth looking hair?Awesome work on the expression there too.The glowing green eye goes well with it :).I have to say I love the dark tint here too.Never easy to adjust the skin tone to a tint.

Use the pen tool and erase at the ends only to give it that soft feel. :D
